How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Impressiveoptions Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Impressiveoptions Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Impressiveoptions Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@impressiveoptions.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
